رخصة الاستثمار (MISA) هي التصريح الذي يسمح للمنشآت المملوكة لأجانب بمزاولة النشاط في السعودية، وتصدرها وزارة الاستثمار. عادةً تكون سارية لسنة ويجب تجديدها سنوياً عبر منصة وزارة الاستثمار (استثمر في السعودية).
The MISA investment license is the permit that lets foreign-owned businesses operate in Saudi Arabia, issued by the Ministry of Investment. It is usually valid for one year and must be renewed annually through the Ministry of Investment / Invest Saudi platform.
قبل أن تبدأ: يتطلب تجديد MISA سجلاً تجارياً ساري وشهادة زكاة وضريبة سارية. عادةً يُجدَّد السجل ورخصة الاستثمار معاً — جدّدهما لإبقاء الخدمات البنكية والحكومية فعّالة.
Before you start: MISA renewal needs a valid Commercial Registration and a valid ZATCA (tax) certificate. The CR and investment license are usually renewed together — renew both to keep banking and government services active.

سجّل الدخول إلى منصة وزارة الاستثمار.Log in to the Ministry of Investment / Invest Saudi platform.
افتح شهادة التسجيل الاستثماري واختر تجديد.Open your Investment Registration Certificate and select renew.
أكّد بياناتك وأرفق المستندات المطلوبة.Confirm your details and upload any requested documents.
ادفع الرسوم المطبّقة عبر سداد (رمز المفوتر 108).Pay the applicable fees via SADAD (biller code 108).
جدّد السجل التجاري أيضاً (وزارة التجارة) ليبقى الاثنان ساريين.Renew your Commercial Registration too (Ministry of Commerce) so both stay valid.

MISA fees vary widely by license type and current policy — from a waived (0 SAR) fee for some entrepreneur and general licenses, up to tens of thousands of SAR when an Investor Relations Center subscription applies. There is no single fixed number — check your fee on the Ministry of Investment platform before paying.
لا تتأخر: إذا انتهت رخصة MISA، تُجمّد البنوك حساب الشركة (البنوك مرتبطة رقمياً بصلاحية الرخصة والسجل)، وتتوقف منصات مثل قوى وأبشر أعمال وزاتكا. قواعد MISA تتغير كثيراً — تحقق من المنصة عند كل تجديد بدلاً من الاعتماد على العام السابق.
Do not delay: if MISA lapses, banks freeze the company account (banks are digitally linked to license and CR validity), and platforms like Qiwa, Absher Business and ZATCA stop working. MISA rules change often — check the platform each renewal rather than relying on last year.
