الرخصة البلدية (بلدي) تصريح تصدره وزارة الشؤون البلدية والقروية والإسكان لمزاولة النشاط في موقعك. تُجدَّد إلكترونياً عبر منصة بلدي دون زيارة البلدية. وهي مرتبطة بسجلك التجاري ارتباطاً مباشراً.
The municipal (Balady) license is a permit issued by the Ministry of Municipalities and Housing to operate at your location. It is renewed online through the Balady platform without visiting the municipality, and it is directly tied to your Commercial Registration.
قبل أن تبدأ: تحتاج سجلاً تجارياً ساري المفعول — رقم السجل مطلوب. وبما أن بلدي تقرأ بيانات سجلك، تأكد من تحديث الاسم التجاري والنشاط والعنوان الوطني، وإلا قد يُرفض الطلب.
Before you start: you need a valid Commercial Registration — the CR number is required. Because Balady reads your CR data, make sure your trade name, activity, and national address are up to date, or the application may be rejected.

اختر رخصتك وراجع تفاصيل الطلب.Select your license and review the application details.
أرفق المستندات المطلوبة (عقد الإيجار/الصك، شهادة السلامة) إن طُلبت.Attach any required documents (lease/title deed, safety certificate) if requested.

فوري أم بمعاينة؟Instant or with inspection?
للأنشطة الفورية، تُصدر الرخصة مباشرة بعد الدفع دون معاينة. أما الأنشطة الأخرى فتتطلب معاينة ميدانية قد تستغرق نحو 16 يوم عمل، وتصل إلى 60 يوماً للأنشطة المصنّفة.
For instant activities, the license is issued immediately after payment with no inspection. Other activities require a field inspection that can take around 16 working days, up to 60 days for classified activities.
لا تتأخر: جدّد خلال 90 يوماً قبل الانتهاء. بعض الأنشطة (المطاعم، العيادات، النوادي، المستودعات) تحتاج موافقة سلامة من الدفاع المدني سارية قبل تجديد الرخصة البلدية.
Do not delay: renew within 90 days before expiry. Some activities (restaurants, clinics, gyms, warehouses) need a valid Civil Defense safety approval before the municipal license can be renewed.
