السجل التجاري (CR) هو الوثيقة الأساسية لأي منشأة في السعودية. يجب تجديده قبل انتهائه لتفادي الغرامات وتعليق الخدمات الحكومية وتجميد الحسابات البنكية. التجديد يتم بالكامل إلكترونياً عبر المركز السعودي للأعمال.

The Commercial Registration (CR) is the core document for any business in Saudi Arabia. It must be renewed before it expires to avoid fines, suspension of government services, and frozen bank accounts. Renewal is done entirely online through the Saudi Business Center.

قبل أن تبدأ: لا يمكن تجديد السجل التجاري بدون اشتراك غرفة تجارية ساري. تأكد من تجديد اشتراك الغرفة أولاً — وإلا سيُرفض التجديد. Before you start: you cannot renew your CR without an active Chamber of Commerce subscription. Make sure the Chamber subscription is renewed first — otherwise renewal is blocked.

خطوات التجديدRenewal steps

سجّل الدخول إلى المركز السعودي للأعمال عبر نفاذ.Log in to the Saudi Business Center via Nafath.
افتح خدمات السجل التجاري ثم اختر تجديد السجل التجاري.Open Commercial Registration Services, then select Renew Commercial Registration.
اختر السجل ومدة التجديد (من سنة إلى ٥ سنوات).Select the CR and the renewal duration (1 to 5 years).
راجع ملخص الرسوم (رسوم الوزارة + رسوم الغرفة التجارية).Review the fee summary (Ministry fees + Chamber of Commerce fees).
ادفع عبر سداد، ثم اطبع السجل المجدَّد فوراً.Pay via Sadad, then print the renewed CR immediately.

تختلف رسوم التجديد حسب نوع المنشأة ونشاطها: عادةً نحو 200 ريال/سنة للسجل الرئيسي و100 ريال/سنة للفرع، وقد تصل إلى 500–1,200 ريال لبعض الكيانات، بالإضافة إلى رسوم الغرفة التجارية التي تعتمد على فئة الاشتراك. يظهر المبلغ الدقيق في ملخص الرسوم عند الدفع.

Renewal fees vary by entity type and activity: typically around SAR 200/year for a main CR and SAR 100/year for a branch, rising to SAR 500–1,200 for some entities, plus Chamber of Commerce fees that depend on your subscription category. The exact amount appears in the fee summary at payment.
