These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Raeen Tech platform and its AI agents (HR & Nitaqat, PDPL Compliance, and related services). By registering for or using Raeen, you agree to these terms.
Raeen provides software that helps Saudi employers track HR obligations, Nitaqat status, wage protection, and Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) compliance. Raeen is a support tool; it does not replace your legal responsibility to comply with Saudi laws and regulations.
You must provide accurate company and contact information when registering. You are responsible for the activity that occurs under your account and for keeping your access link confidential.
You agree to use Raeen only for lawful business purposes. You may not upload data you have no right to process, attempt to disrupt the service, or use it to violate any applicable law.
You retain ownership of all data you add to Raeen. We process it only to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. All data is hosted on Google Cloud in Dammam, Saudi Arabia.
Paid plans are billed in Saudi Riyals as shown at the time of purchase. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of your billing period. Beta features may be offered free of charge and may change.
Raeen provides reminders, calculations, and AI-generated guidance on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee that alerts will prevent every fine or that AI-generated content is legally complete. You remain responsible for verifying deadlines and meeting your legal obligations.
To the maximum extent permitted by Saudi law, Raeen Tech is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including fines or penalties arising from missed obligations. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the preceding twelve months.
You may stop using Raeen at any time. We may suspend access for breach of these terms. On termination, you can request export or deletion of your data.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Disputes are subject to the competent Saudi courts.
