Raeen Tech ("we", "us") respects your privacy and complies with the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL). This policy explains what data we collect, why, and your rights.
We collect: company and contact details you provide at registration; employee and compliance data you add to the platform (such as names, Iqama numbers, salaries, consent and vendor records); and basic usage information needed to run the service.
We use your data only to operate Raeen: tracking deadlines, generating alerts, producing reports, and sending you notifications. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
All personal data is stored on Google Cloud in Dammam, Saudi Arabia (me-central2), in line with PDPL data-residency expectations. We apply access controls and encryption in transit.
We share data only with the processors that run the service — such as cloud hosting (Google Cloud) and email delivery — under appropriate agreements. We may disclose data where required by Saudi law.
Under the PDPL you have the right to be informed, to access your data, to request correction, and to request deletion. To exercise any of these, email info@raeen.sa and we will respond within the period required by law.
We keep your data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the service. On request or account closure, we delete or anonymize personal data unless retention is legally required.
If a data breach affects your personal data, we will act in line with PDPL requirements, including notifying SDAIA and affected parties within the required timeframe.
For any privacy question or to reach our Data Protection Officer, email info@raeen.sa.
